We work hard in keeping our prices low for you. The quality job you expect is the job we do. Once you have chosen how you want us to work for you, either by piece work by the job price or hourly rate. We then accept Cash, Checks or Credit Cards for any size of job. Please read below for more details for any size of job.

PAYNENT TERMS

INVOICES ARE DUE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE

Unless other terms have been pre-approved, your invoice is due in full at the time of service. Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in late payment penalties, collection action and/or suspension of services. Customer agrees to pay any and all costs of the collections process.

At times a deposit is required to solidify the price. We use the deposit to purchase the necessary materials for the specific job; therefore, all deposits are non-refundable.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payment for services can be made by cash, check, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa Cards or debit card. A Convenience Fee of 3% will be added to the total fo the bill when paying with a credit card.

FEES (Returned (NSF) Checks)

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payment with a certified check or money other. Furthermore, if a NSF check is returned unpaid late fees will also be billed.

LATE FEES

Jensen Brothers Electric reserves the right to charge a late fee for any account that is 30 days or more past due. If your account is 30 days past due, Jensen Brother Electric will charge a late fee of the greater of 29.9% of the balance due or $10/month. Late fee are accessed every 30 days until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

All sales are final upon signing the invoice. No refunds or credits will be issued.
